Do you have a showroom?
We have a mobile showroom: we bring samples of everything we install to your home, seven days a week. Learn about the mobile showroom.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The consultation, measuring, and written quote are all free, with no obligation.
How soon will I get a quote?
Within 24 hours of your consultation, in writing, broken down by window.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Atendemos en español.
Do you work with businesses?

Pricing
How much do custom blinds and shades cost?
It depends on window size, product, fabric, and lift system. Consultations and written quotes are free, and you'll have your quote within 24 hours. Our cost guide explains what affects price.
Why don't online prices match my quote?
Online calculators assume small standard windows and basic options and leave out measuring and installation. Your quote is based on your real measurements and choices.
Is installation included?
Yes. Your quote includes professional measuring and installation.

What's the best window treatment for Texas heat?

What's the difference between solar, light filtering, and blackout?
Solar keeps your view and cuts glare. Light filtering softens light with no clear view. Blackout blocks light for sleep and media rooms.
Chain, cordless, or motorized?
Chain is the most affordable and handles big shades. Cordless is cleaner and safer for kids. Motorized is best for tall windows and smart homes.
Faux wood or real wood?
Faux wood for kitchens, baths, and hot windows; real wood for living spaces where you want natural grain.
What drapery style should I choose?

Do you sell shutters?
Yes. We sell and install Norman plantation shutters. See shutters.
Do you do repairs?
We don't offer repair services. We focus on new custom window treatments, and we stand behind the products we install.
Motorization
How much do motorized roller shades cost?
Motorized roller shades typically range from about $200 to over $1,000 per shade, depending mostly on size and fabric. Your written quote breaks down every window.
How long do the batteries last?
Most rechargeable motors go 6 months to a year between charges, depending on how often the shade moves.
Are motorized shades noisy?
No. Modern motors are quiet, with a soft hum while the shade moves.
What happens during a power outage?
Battery-powered shades keep working normally because they don't depend on household power.
Can multiple shades move together?
Yes. Shades can be grouped by room or zone and raised or lowered all at once.
Can draperies be motorized?

Warranty
Are your products under warranty?
Yes. Every product is covered by its manufacturer's warranty, and coverage varies by product. Ask us before ordering. See our warranty page.
